Just like Gabster with his new glasses :)
November 1st, we picked up Gabe's glasses and man you should have seen him! As soon as we put them on he started looking all over the room like he could finally see through those little almond eyes. Once he got in his car seat, the glasses were instantly in the parking lot... And then in the shopping cart, the couch, the floor, etc. BUT, it has been a week since he's gotten them now and he is doing wonderfully! He threw them only once yesterday!!
Ya know, everyone's asking how he's doing with them, if we think he's experiencing a difference in his sight..... Well the the answer is YES. Because like I just said, right when he got his glasses on he was like a different kid! And if you speak 'optical talk' Gabe is a +3 (he's farsided), which isn't as bad as Jude- a +9. So I guess that's good :) The doctor orderd a +4 prescription for Gabster though.. Just to give him a little extra 'boost'.
Don't I have the cutest brother ever!? The glasses are just a bonus ;) And the facial exprections.... Priceless.
